- Selected from a broad array of community interests - including private welfare; business; industry; labor; faith-based; law enforcement; education; or other interested private organizations.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Live and/or work within the NEK-CAP, Inc. Service Area.
- Not been employed by NEK-CAP, Inc. in the past 24 months.
- Not related to a current employee, another Board member, or the Executive Director.
- Will fill partial 2024 term, plus 3-year term (beginning January 2025).
