Community Needs Assessment:
The Executive Division is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the organization.
The Human Resources Division is responsible for assuring that job descriptions are current and that job openings are filled with qualified candidates. This division is also responsible for assuring that staff evaluations occur, personnel policies are up-to-date and followed, and that the agency provides a positive work environment.
The Technology Division assures that equipment and software needs are met for all departments.
The Fiscal Division is responsible for the purchasing, payroll, vendor payment functions and for providing appropriate information to Department Directors to assist with financial management as well as to the Board of Directors and funding sources.
The Employee Benefits Division is responsible for administration of the following benefit plans: health and dental insurances, life and disability insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, annual leave, sick leave, and Cafeteria Plan for medical and dependent care reimbursement.
