Thank you for visiting the NEK-CAP, Inc. website and taking the first step to enrolling in Early Head Start and/or Head Start services. The program is now taking applications for new participants online; returning participants will need to contact their local office for additional information. We offer Early Head Start in 9 counties and Head Start in 7 counties here in NE Kansas. We look forward to working with you!!
You will upload the following items during the secure application process online and/or send to the local NEK-CAP, Inc. staff: Adult Applicant ID; Child's birth date verification (medical insurance card, birth certificate, etc.); and proof of income, (i.e. tax return, DCF benefits verification, last three months payroll slips, etc.). If these items are not available at the time of application, please submit what is available and contact the local NEK-CAP, Inc. office for additional information
