NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NEK-CAP, Inc will hold a Public Hearing to accept public comments regarding proposed updates to the NEKCAP, Inc. Public Housing Authority (PHA) Administrative Plan on Thursday, January 16th, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. The Public Hearing will be located at the NEK-CAP, Inc. Central Office, 1260 220th Street, Hiawatha, KS. The PHA Administrative Plan is an agency guide for the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher Program. NEK-CAP, Inc. will accept written comments prior to the Public Hearing. Any comments received in writing will be read aloud during the hearing. The NEK-CAP, Inc. Housing (PHA) Administrative Plan and proposed updates can be reviewed at the NEKCAP, Inc. Central Office during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
